New VMCM timetable 2026

The new 2026 timetable marks a major step towards improving your mobility experience throughout the Vaud Riviera region, with new connections at Vevey railway station and new transport offerings in neighbouring municipalities.

Our aim is to give you easier, more direct connections as well as better through connections to the rail network. This network restructuring will result in longer lines, fewer changes and more frequent services, particularly at peak hours and during weekends.
Details of planned changes
Corseaux, Fenil and Corsier-sur-Vevey will still have a direct route to Vevey station, and will be joined by La Tour-de-Peilz, Novalles, Blonay and Chailly-sur-Montreux. Direct routes connecting areas to the east and west of Vevey without needing to change will deliver faster, easier travel for passengers between these localities. Blonay and Brent will have direct connections to central Montreux.
There will be more buses at peak hours, offering an even more competitive alternative for commuters, and our enhanced evening and weekend timetables will provide a better service for leisure activities.
Most of the changes in the new 2026 VMCV timetable will affect Vevey and neighbouring municipalities, particularly Blonay and La Tour-de-Peilz. The rest of the network, serving Montreux, Villeneuve, Rennaz, Châtel-St-Denis, Bossonnens, Attalens, Palézieux and Chexbres will be adjusted to ensure better train connections, but there will be no major changes.
